না খেয়ে থেকে ওজন কমানোর পরিণতি জানেন কি?



অতিরিক্ত ওজনের ফলে যে কোনো রোগ সহজে শরীরে বাসা বাঁধে। সুস্থ থাকতে হলে অতিরিক্ত ওজন অবশ্যই কমাতে হবে।

ঝরঝরে, ফিট শরীর পাওয়ার স্বপ্ন অনেকেই দেখেন। বাড়তি ওজন ঝরিয়ে ফেলতে তাই চেষ্টার অন্ত নেই। তবে অতিরিক্ত ওজন কমাতে গিয়ে অনেকেই খিদে থাকা সত্ত্বেও না খেয়ে থাকেন। বিপত্তিটা সেখানেই বাধে।

মনে রাখতে হবে ওজন কমানো মানেই না খেয়ে থাকা নয়। আমাদের অবশ্যই বুঝতে হবে শরীরকে না খেয়ে থেকে শরীর ফিট রাখা সম্ভব নয়। না খেয়ে থাকার মাধ্যমে মূলত শরীরের প্রতি অত্যাচার করা হয়। শরীরকে সচল রাখার জন্য আমাদের অবশ্যই প্রয়োজনীয় ক্যালরি ও শক্তি থাকা চাই। 

চলুন, জেনে নেই, না খেয়ে ওজন কমাতে চাওয়ার পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলো—

পুষ্টিহীনতা

যখন আমরা না খেয়ে থাকি, সেটি আমাদের শরীরে প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টির পরিমাণ কমিয়ে দেয়। এতে শরীরে অনেক রকম অসুখ এসে দানা বাধে।

স্মৃতিশক্তি হারানো

খাদ্যসূচি ঠিকঠাক অনুসরণ না করলে তা স্মৃতিশক্তি কমিয়ে দিতে পারে। এটি আমাদের স্মৃতিশক্তিকে দুর্বল করে দেয়। মস্তিষ্ক ঠিক রাখতে প্রতিদিন আমাদের প্রয়োজনীয় ফ্যাট ও ক্যালরির প্রয়োজন।

চুল পড়া

না খেয়ে থাকলে বা সময়মতো খাদ্য গ্রহণ না করলে আমাদের শরীর পুষ্টিহীনতার স্বীকার হয়। আর এই পুষ্টিহীনতার কারণে চুলের গোড়া দুর্বল হয়ে পড়ে। ফলে চুল পড়ে যায়। এতে চুল আরো পাতলা হয়ে যায় ও বেড়ে ওঠার প্রক্রিয়াকে দুর্বল করে ফেলে।

শক্তির অভাব

সময়মতো সঠিক খাবার না খেলে একসময় আমরা দুর্বলতা অনুভব করি। তাই আমাদের উচিত স্বাস্থ্যকর ডায়েট অনুসরণ করা।

ওজন অস্বাভাবিকভাবে বেড়ে যাওয়া

দীর্ঘ সময় না খেয়ে থাকলে আপনার ক্ষুধা বৃদ্ধি পাবে। এর ফলে যখন আপনি খাওয়া শুরু করবেন, আপনার শরীর অধিক পরিমাণে খাদ্য গ্রহণ করতে চাইবে। আর এভাবে চলতে থাকলে ওজন কমার বদলে আপনার ওজন বেড়ে যাবে।

সুস্থভাবে বাঁচতে আমাদের কাজ করতে হবে এবং শারীরিকভাবে সক্রিয় হতে হবে। তাই স্বাস্থ্যকর ও পুষ্টিসমৃদ্ধ ডায়েট আমাদের শরীরের জন্য খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। 

তাহলে করণীয় কী?

আপনি যদি ওজন কমাতে চান তাহলে এই নির্দেশনাগুলো অনুসরণ করতে পারেন- 

  1. সকালে হালকা গরম পানিতে এক টুকরো লেবু মিশিয়ে পান করুন। পাবেন অব্যর্থ ও অশেষ উপকার।
  2. প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ৩০ মিনিট হাঁটুন।
  3. প্রচুর পরিমাণে পানি পান করুন। পানি পানের কারণে আপনার শরীর থেকে অতিরিক্ত টক্সিন বের হয়ে যাবে।
  4. স্বাস্থ্যকর খাবার খান। 
  5. সকালের খাবারের মেন্যুতে পুষ্টি সম্পন্ন খাবার ডিম, ওটস, সবজি, ফল, বাদাম রাখতে পারেন। 
  6. ভাজাপোড়া তৈলাক্ত খাবার পরিহার করুন। 
  7. রাত ৮ থেকে ৮.৩০ মিনিটের ভিতর রাতের খাবার শেষ করুন। 
  8. কোনোভাবেই সকালের নাশতা এড়িয়ে যাওয়া যাবে না। 
  9. ভাত কম, শাক বেশি খান। প্রতি বেলার খাবারে ৫০ শতাংশ বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্বাস্থ্যকর সবজি রাখুন।  
  10. পেট পূর্ণ করে খাবেন না। পেটের তিন ভাগের এক ভাগ খাবার, এক ভাগ পানি আর এক ভাগ খালি রাখুন।
  11. প্রতিবার খাবারের পূর্বে এক গ্লাস পানি পান করুন।  এতে বেশি খাবার খাওয়া থেকে বেচে থাকা যায়। পাশাপাশি পেটের অনেক অসুখ থেকে নিস্তার পাওয়া যায়। 
  12. যখন খাবার খাবেন, তখন দ্রুত না খেয়ে আস্তে আস্তে খান। এতে অল্প খাবারেই আপনার পেট ঠিকঠাকভাবে ভরবে। যদি খুব বেশি তাড়াহুড়ো করে খান, তাহলে অনেক বেশি খাবার খেয়ে ফেলতে পারেন।
  13. চিনি বা মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার যতটা সম্ভব এড়িয়ে চলুন।
  14. ভিটিমন সি সমৃদ্ধ টকজাতীয় ফল খেতে হবে। টক ফল ওজন কমানোর ক্ষেত্রে সহায়ক। 
  15. ওজন কমাতে চাইলে দিনেরবেলায় ঘুমাবেন না।

উপরের নির্দেশনাগুলো মেনে চললে আপনার অতিরিক্ত চর্বি ও ওজন নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকবে। সেইসঙ্গে নিয়মিত ধর্মীয় প্রার্থনায় মনোযোগ দিন। এতে আপনি আরো সতেজ ও সজীব থাকবেন। 


যে দুয়া পড়লে রাসূল(সা) হাত ধরে জান্নাতে নিয়ে যাবেন।



জান্নাত মুমিন মুসলমানের চিরস্থায়ী ঠিকানা। আর যে ব্যক্তি জান্নাত পেলো সেই সফল হলো। 

এমন কোনো মানুষ খুঁজে পাওয়া যাবে না, যে জান্নাত চায় না।

এমন একটি দোয়া আছে যা পড়লে প্রিয়নবি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম সেই ব্যক্তিকে নিজ দায়িত্বে হাত ধরে জান্নাতে নিয়ে যাবেন। 

হাদিসে এসেছে-

হজরত মুনজির রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু বলেন, ‘আল্লাহর রাসুল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম বলেছেন, যে ব্যক্তি প্রতিদিন সকালে এ দোয়াটি পড়বে-

رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَبِيًّا

উচ্চারণ : রাদিতু বিল্লাহি রব্বান ওয়া বিল ইসলামি দিনান ওয়াবি মুহাম্মাদিন (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) নাবিয়্যান।’

অর্থ : আমি আল্লাহর প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট আমার প্রতিপালক হিসেবে এবং ইসলামের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট আমার দ্বীন হিসেবে এবং মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট আমার নবি হিসেবে।


(যদি কেউ এ দোয়াটি পড়ে, প্রিয়নবি বলেন,) আমি তার (জান্নাতের) দায়িত্ব নিলাম। কেয়ামতের দিন আমি তাকে হাত ধরে জান্নাতে নিয়ে যাব।’

আল্লাহ তাআলা মুসলিম উম্মাহকে প্রিয়নবির সঙ্গে জান্নাতে যাওয়ার তাওফিক দান করুন। আমিন।

অনন্তকালের আফসোস


প্রতি মুহুর্তগুলো প্রতিনিয়ত আমাদের নিয়ে যাচ্ছে কবরের দিকে। অথচ এখনো আমরা উদাসীন। এই উদাসীনতা হাসরের ময়দানে  আমাদের জন্য এমন আফসোস তৈরি করবে যা রয়ে যাবে অনন্তকাল। 

যারা আল্লাহর অবাধ্যতায় জীবন পরিচালনা করবে পরকালে বিচারের দিন তাদের অবস্থা কেমন হবে, তারা আল্লাহর কাছে কী কামনা করবে।

বিচার দিবসে আল্লাহ তাআলা সব বান্দাকে তার ভালো ও মন্দ কর্মসমূহ দেখাবেন। কিন্তু মানুষ বিচারের সেই দিন দুনিয়ায় করা কাজ সমূহ দেখতে চাইবে না, তা থেকে দূরে থাকতে চাইবে।

সেদিন পাপীষ্ঠ লোকেরা শুধু আফসোস করবে এনং এ আকাঙ্খা করবে যদি আমাদের নিন্দনীয় কাজগুলো আমাদের থেকে দূরে থাকতো। আমরা যদি এর সংস্পর্শ থেকে দূরে থাকতাম।

আমাদের আফসোসগুলো কেমন হবে তা সৃষ্টিকর্তা আল্লাহ আমাদের আগেই জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন। 

১। "হায় আফসোস! আমি যদি মাটি হয়ে যেতাম।"

(সূরাহ নাবা, আয়াত : ৪০)

২। "হায় আফসোস!  যদি পরকালের জন্য কিছু করতাম।" (সূরাহ ফজর, আয়াত : ২৪)

৩। "হায় আফসোস! আমাকে যদি আমার আমলনামা না দেয়া হতো" (সূরাহ আল-হাক্কা, আয়াত : ২৫)

৪। "হায় আফসোস!আমি যদি অমুককে বন্ধুরূপে গ্রহণ না করতাম" (সূরাহ ফুরকান, আয়াত : ২৮)

৫। " "হায় আফসোস! আমরা যদি আল্লাহ ও আল্লাহর রাসূল ﷺ এর আনুগত্য করতাম" (সূরা আহযাব, আয়াত : ৬৬)

৬। "হায় আফসোস!! আমি যদি রাসূল ﷺ এর পথ অবলম্বন করতাম" (সূরাহ ফুরকান, আয়াত : ২৭)

৭। "হায় আফসোস! আমিও যদি তাদের সঙ্গে থাকতাম, তাহলে বিরাট সাফল্য লাভ করতাম" (সূরাহ আন-নিসা, আয়াত : ৭৩)

৮। "হায় আফসোস! আমি যদি আমার রবের সঙ্গে কাউকে শরীক না করতাম"(সূরা কাহফ, আয়াত : ৪২)

৯। "হায় আফসোস! এমন যদি হতো- আমাদেরকে আবার দুনিয়াতে পাঠানো হতো, আমরা আমাদের প্রভুকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করতাম না, আর আমরা হতাম ঈমানদারদের শামিল"(সূরাহ আনআম, আয়াত : ২৭)

অতঃপর, আল্লাহর কাছে এই প্রার্থনা করবে...

হে আমার প্রতিপালক আমাকে আবার দুনিয়াতে প্রেরণ করুন, যাতে আমি সৎকর্ম করতে পারি, যা আমি করিনি।

(সূরাহ মু'মিনুন,আয়াত ৯৯,১০০)

রমাদান, সতর্কতা ও শিক্ষা


আমরা রমজানের শেষ প্রান্তে এসে পৌঁছেছি। রমজান শেষ হওয়ার সতর্কীকরণ ঘণ্টা বেজে গিয়েছে। বিদায় নিতে যাচ্ছে রহমত মাগফিরাত নাজাতের এই মহিমাময় রমজান। সূর্য অস্তমিত হওয়ার মধ্য দিয়ে বিদায় নেবে মাহে রমজান।

রমজানের এই বিদায় যেন আমাদের শেষ বিদায় না হয় সেই হায়াত বৃদ্ধির দোয়া করি। 

একদিন নবীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম  মিম্বরের সিঁড়িতে পা রাখার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বলে উঠলেন আমিন। পরের সিঁড়িতেও পা রেখে বললেন, আমিন। আমিন বললেন, তৃতীয় সিঁড়িতে পা রেখেও। অর্থাৎ আল্লাহ কবুল করুন।

প্রিয়নবি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম ইতিপূর্বে কখনো এরকমটি করেননি।

খুতবার আগে মিম্বারে আরোহনকালে প্রিয়নবি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম কেন তিনবার আমিন বলেছিলেন।

এই আমিন কি বান্দার জন্য কল্যানকর নাকি বিপদের সংবাদ তা সাহাবায়ে কেরাম খুতবার পর রাসূল  সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লামে কাছে এই  আমিন বলার রহস্য কী তা জানতে চান। 

মলিন মুখে নবীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেন, আমার প্রিয় সাহাবিরা! একটু আগেই জিবরাইল এসেছে আমার কাছে। বড় বেদনার কথা বলে গেল সে। 

সে বলল, হে আল্লাহর নবী! তিন পোড়া কপালের জন্য এখন আমি বদদোয়া করব, প্রতিটি দোয়া শেষে আপনি আমিন বলবেন। 

তারপর নবীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম  বলেন, আমি যখন প্রথম সিঁড়িতে পা রাখি, জিবরাইল বলল, যে তার পিতামাতা উভয়কে অথবা উভয়ের একজনকেবৃদ্ধাবস্থায় পেল অথচ সে জান্নাত লাভ করতে পারল না তার জন্য ধ্বংস। 

আমি বললাম, আমিন। 

দ্বিতীয় সিঁড়িতে যখন পা রাখি, জিবরাইল বলল, যে আপনার নাম শুনবে কিন্তু দরুদ পড়বে না, তার জন্য ধ্বংস। 

আমি বললাম, আমিন। 

তৃতীয় সিঁড়িতে যখন পা রাখি, জিবরাইল বলল, যে রমজান মাস পাবে কিন্তু নিজের গোনাহ মাফ করিয়ে নিজেকে জান্নাত উপযোগী মানুষ বানাতে পারবে না, তার জন্যও ধ্বংস। 

আমি বললাম, আমিন।

জিব্রাইল আলাইহি সালামের বদদোয়া আর তার সাথে নবীজি সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর আমীন বলা, ভাবা যায় কত ভয়ানক বদ দোয়া এটি। 

মাহে রমজান এসেছিল আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে আমাদের জন্য রহমত ও ক্ষমা করার এক সুযোগ নিয়ে। এখন আমাদের গুনাহ কতটুকু ক্ষমা হয়েছে এটাই আসল বিষয়। রসুল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন, যে রমজান পেয়েও গুনাহ ক্ষমা করাতে পারল না তার জন্য ধ্বংস। 

রমজান যেভাবে এসেছিল ঠিক সেইভাবে বিদায় হয়ে যাচ্ছে। আমরা কি রমজানে কিছুটা পরিবর্তন হয়েছি? না কি আগের অবস্থায় রয়েছি।  উত্তর তো আমাদের কাছেই। 

রমজানের রোজা দ্বারা আশা করি আমাদের ভিতরজগৎ কিছুটা হলেও পরিবর্তন হয়েছে। 

বর্তমানের করোনার এমন ভয়াবহ অবস্থায় আরও একটি রোজা আমরা পাব কি-না। আমরা তা বলতে পারি না। এমনও হতে পারে আজকের সাহরি ও ইফতার আমার জীবনের জন্য শেষ। 

চিন্তা করে দেখুন গত রমজানে আমাদের পরিবার, আত্মীয়, বন্ধু, প্রতিবেশী ও পরিচিতদের মধ্য থেকে আজ অনেকেই নেই। আমিও আগামী বছরে রমজান পাব কি? আল্লাহর ইবাদাত করার ও গুনাহগুলো মাফ করার  এমন সুবর্ণ সুযোগ আর পাবো কি? যদি পাই তাহলে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ, অন্যথায় এবারের রমজানেই হবে জীবনের শেষ। 

বাকি সময়টুকু আন্তরিকতার সঙ্গে আল্লাহর ইবাদাত ও তাকে পাওয়ার সাধনা করি। জীবনের গুনাহ মাফ করিয়ে নেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। সবার জন্য দোয়া করি। আর বলি, হে আল্লাহ আমাদের হায়াত বৃদ্ধি করুন, ভালো রাখুন আমাকেসহ সবাইকে, রোজাসহ সব ইবাদত কবুল করে নিন। আমিন।

আল্লাহুম্মা ইন্নাকা আফুউন তুহিব্বুল আফওয়া, ফা’ফু আন্না।

অর্থ- হে আল্লাহ্‌! নিশ্চয় আপনি ক্ষমাশীল। ক্ষমা করাটা আপনি পছন্দ করেন। সুতরাং আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করে দিন।”

Study space is essential to study effectively. A perfect study environment increases your ability to concentrate on study. If you cannot focus or are not comfortable, you cannot expect to learn very well and stunning results.

Location of Study

Naturally, most people have their manner of studying. Some people like to use flashcards; some people repeatedly read the materials until it sticks in the head.

However, some of us do not care about the location in which they are studying.

But the place in which you study matters more than many people realize. Learning in a suitable environment where you feel comfortable increases your concentration and leads to more productive study sessions.

It also allows us to build connections, influence and control decisions, motivate change, and build success in your professional life, communicate with others more clearly, build overall confidence, become an effective member or volunteer.

Follow these smart techniques to connect with influential people. For example, find connectors, ask for interviews, offer a solution for a specific problem, and use LinkedIn to connect, attend an event, and join a program.

29. Show Kindness to People around You:

Follow some simple but priceless steps to show kindness to people around you. For example, volunteer at a homeless, orphanage or women’s shelter, donate your old dress or bag of stuff that you no longer use, offer your seat to someone on the bus, train, or subway, offer to help an elderly person who crosses the road or load groceries into their car, forgive someone for something they did with you, give someone a ride who needs it, give your old warm cloth, coat or blanket to someone who needs this or homeless persons, smile at passersby because it acts as a charity.
